WHO WE ARE
"Deyah" or "diya" in the Urdu language means "to give", it is also synonymous with "illumination".

DEYAH Inc., (Development in Education and Health), is a New York based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in early 2021 with a desire to provide clean water, health services through tele-med technologies, and education through distance learning. DEYAH also has a strong focus on infrastructure development and women.
DEYAH was created by people with a desire to give back and implement change. Our main tenant is to enable. We seek to help by enabling those without access to proper education, water, and health services. We believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to excel and thrive. Our primary geographical targets are regions in which we can provide help directly through partners and professionals with a similar vision; those regions currently include Africa and South East Asia. We are open to growing our strategic alliances and causes.

We receive funding through self-funding, community donations, and program funding in North America.
